Questions

Is GetResize really free?

Yes. Every tool on GetResize is free to use, with no sign-up, no watermarks and no hidden limits.

Are my files safe?

Every tool runs entirely in your browser: merging, splitting, editing and signing PDFs, and resizing, compressing and converting images. Your files are never uploaded, so they never leave your device.

How do I reduce a photo to a specific size like 100KB?

Use a Compress Image to KB tool, such as Compress Image to 100KB. It automatically finds the best quality that fits under your limit, and only shrinks the dimensions if it has to.

Can I edit and sign PDFs here?

Yes. Edit PDF adds text, images, shapes and drawings; Sign PDF lets you draw, type or upload your signature and place it anywhere. Both work in your browser.

How do I resize a photo for Instagram, a passport or printing?

Use Resize for Instagram (or Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn…) for social media sizes, Passport Photo Size for 35×45 mm and 2×2 inch photos, and Resize Image in CM to print at an exact size and DPI.

Do I need to install anything?

No. GetResize works in any modern browser on computer, tablet or phone. Drop a file on a tool page, paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V, or take a photo on your phone.
