Reporting a problem
These details help us find and fix it quickly:
- the tool's address, for example getresize.com/compress-pdf;
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead (an error message or screenshot helps);
- the kind of file and its rough size, for example a 12 MB scanned PDF;
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
Please don't email confidential documents. If a file is needed to show the problem, send one that's safe to share, or describe it instead.
