About Passport Photo Size
Passport and visa applications need photos at an exact size. GetResize shows a crop box in the exact shape of the photo you need: move and resize it over your face, and the result is resized to the correct pixels for 300 DPI with the DPI saved in the file, so it prints at the right physical size.
Start with a photo where your head is centered with some space around it. If you don't move the box, the photo is cropped from the center. For online applications that also have a file size limit, run the result through “Compress to KB”.
