Your files stay yours

Wherever a browser can do the work, the tool runs on your own device and the file is never uploaded. Today that's 56 of our 56 tools. The others, like compressing PDFs, OCR and Office conversions, need software that only runs on a server. Those files are sent over an encrypted connection and deleted as soon as the result is sent back. Every tool says which kind it is, and the privacy policy explains the details.

Free, without the catch

There's no sign-up, no account and no watermark on your files. You open a tool, add a file and download the result.

One job, done well

Each tool does one thing and tells you what it did, such as how much smaller a file got. When one job leads to the next, “Continue with” passes the result straight to the next tool, without downloading and uploading it again.

• Image Tools: Resize photos to exact pixels, print sizes or social media formats, crop and rotate them, or shrink them to a target file size, right in your browser.
• Converters: Convert photos between formats, turn documents into PDFs and PDFs back into editable files, one at a time or many at once.
• PDF Tools: Everything you need to work with PDFs: organize and merge pages, compress, convert to and from Office, edit, sign, protect and more.
